Horizontal scrolling with right-to-left text should DTRT

If I send a Hebrew message in BarnOwl, the Hebrew is all right-aligned. For example,

אני מליד בעברית באם ינשוף באמצעות גוגול תרגם.

However, if I try to scroll to the right, the Hebrew text scrolls off the screen, to the right.

If it's relevant, I'm inside a screen on linerva under mosh in putty-cygterm.
