Bundle Ouch, AnyEvent::HTTP, and URI::Encode from CPAN Those dependencies of Facebook::Graph are not in Debian and are each single files, so we may as well just bundle them. Also update list of bundled libraries in README and drop their licenses (or the closest thing they have resembling one) into COPYING.

67 of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
68
69[This is the first released version of the library GPL.  It is
70 numbered 2 because it goes with version 2 of the ordinary GPL.]
71
72                            Preamble
73
74  The licenses for most software are designed to take away your
75freedom to share and change it.  By contrast, the GNU General Public
76Licenses are intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change
77free software--to make sure the software is free for all its users.
78
79  This license, the Library General Public License, applies to some
80specially designated Free Software Foundation software, and to any
81other libraries whose authors decide to use it.  You can use it for
82your libraries, too.
83
84  When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
85price.  Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
86have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
87this service if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it
88if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it
89in new free programs; and that you know you can do these things.
90
91  To protect your rights, we need to make restrictions that forbid
92anyone to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender the rights.
93These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if
94you distribute copies of the library, or if you modify it.
95
96  For example, if you distribute copies of the library, whether gratis
97or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that we gave
98you.  You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the source
99code.  If you link a program with the library, you must provide
100complete object files to the recipients so that they can relink them
101with the library, after making changes to the library and recompiling
102it.  And you must show them these terms so they know their rights.
103
104  Our method of protecting your rights has two steps: (1) copyright
105the library, and (2) offer you this license which gives you legal
106permission to copy, distribute and/or modify the library.
107
108  Also, for each distributor's protection, we want to make certain
109that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this free
110library.  If the library is modified by someone else and passed on, we
111want its recipients to know that what they have is not the original
112version, so that any problems introduced by others will not reflect on
113the original authors' reputations.
114
115  Finally, any free program is threatened constantly by software
116patents.  We wish to avoid the danger that companies distributing free
117software will individually obtain patent licenses, thus in effect
118transforming the program into proprietary software.  To prevent this,
119we have made it clear that any patent must be licensed for everyone's
120free use or not licensed at all.
121
122  Most GNU software, including some libraries, is covered by the ordinary
123GNU General Public License, which was designed for utility programs.  This
124license, the GNU Library General Public License, applies to certain
125designated libraries.  This license is quite different from the ordinary
126one; be sure to read it in full, and don't assume that anything in it is
127the same as in the ordinary license.
128
129  The reason we have a separate public license for some libraries is that
130they blur the distinction we usually make between modifying or adding to a
131program and simply using it.  Linking a program with a library, without
132changing the library, is in some sense simply using the library, and is
133analogous to running a utility program or application program.  However, in
134a textual and legal sense, the linked executable is a combined work, a
135derivative of the original library, and the ordinary General Public License
136treats it as such.
137
138  Because of this blurred distinction, using the ordinary General
139Public License for libraries did not effectively promote software
140sharing, because most developers did not use the libraries.  We
141concluded that weaker conditions might promote sharing better.
142
143  However, unrestricted linking of non-free programs would deprive the
144users of those programs of all benefit from the free status of the
145libraries themselves.  This Library General Public License is intended to
146permit developers of non-free programs to use free libraries, while
147preserving your freedom as a user of such programs to change the free
148libraries that are incorporated in them.  (We have not seen how to achieve
149this as regards changes in header files, but we have achieved it as regards
150changes in the actual functions of the Library.)  The hope is that this
151will lead to faster development of free libraries.
152
153  The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
154modification follow.  Pay close attention to the difference between a
155"work based on the library" and a "work that uses the library".  The
156former contains code derived from the library, while the latter only
157works together with the library.
158
159  Note that it is possible for a library to be covered by the ordinary
160General Public License rather than by this special one.
161
162                  GNU LIBRARY GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
163   TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
164
165  0. This License Agreement applies to any software library which
166contains a notice placed by the copyright holder or other authorized
167party saying it may be distributed under the terms of this Library
168General Public License (also called "this License").  Each licensee is
169addressed as "you".
170
171  A "library" means a collection of software functions and/or data
172prepared so as to be conveniently linked with application programs
173(which use some of those functions and data) to form executables.
174
175  The "Library", below, refers to any such software library or work
176which has been distributed under these terms.  A "work based on the
177Library" means either the Library or any derivative work under
178copyright law: that is to say, a work containing the Library or a
179portion of it, either verbatim or with modifications and/or translated
180straightforwardly into another language.  (Hereinafter, translation is
181included without limitation in the term "modification".)
182
183  "Source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work for
184making modifications to it.  For a library, complete source code means
185all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any associated
186interface definition files, plus the scripts used to control compilation
187and installation of the library.
188
189  Activities other than copying, distribution and modification are not
190covered by this License; they are outside its scope.  The act of
191running a program using the Library is not restricted, and output from
192such a program is covered only if its contents constitute a work based
193on the Library (independent of the use of the Library in a tool for
194writing it).  Whether that is true depends on what the Library does
195and what the program that uses the Library does.
196
197  1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Library's
198complete source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that
199you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an
200appropriate copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact
201all the notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any
202warranty; and distribute a copy of this License along with the
203Library.
204
205  You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy,
206and you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a
207fee.
208
209  2. You may modify your copy or copies of the Library or any portion
210of it, thus forming a work based on the Library, and copy and
211distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1
212above, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
213
214    a) The modified work must itself be a software library.
215
216    b) You must cause the files modified to carry prominent notices
217    stating that you changed the files and the date of any change.
218
219    c) You must cause the whole of the work to be licensed at no
220    charge to all third parties under the terms of this License.
221
222    d) If a facility in the modified Library refers to a function or a
223    table of data to be supplied by an application program that uses
224    the facility, other than as an argument passed when the facility
225    is invoked, then you must make a good faith effort to ensure that,
226    in the event an application does not supply such function or
227    table, the facility still operates, and performs whatever part of
228    its purpose remains meaningful.
229
230    (For example, a function in a library to compute square roots has
231    a purpose that is entirely well-defined independent of the
232    application.  Therefore, Subsection 2d requires that any
233    application-supplied function or table used by this function must
234    be optional: if the application does not supply it, the square
235    root function must still compute square roots.)
236
237These requirements apply to the modified work as a whole.  If
238identifiable sections of that work are not derived from the Library,
239and can be reasonably considered independent and separate works in
240themselves, then this License, and its terms, do not apply to those
241sections when you distribute them as separate works.  But when you
242distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based
243on the Library, the distribution of the whole must be on the terms of
244this License, whose permissions for other licensees extend to the
245entire whole, and thus to each and every part regardless of who wrote
246it.
247
248Thus, it is not the intent of this section to claim rights or contest
249your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to
250exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or
251collective works based on the Library.
252
253In addition, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Library
254with the Library (or with a work based on the Library) on a volume of
255a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work under
256the scope of this License.
257
258  3. You may opt to apply the terms of the ordinary GNU General Public
259License instead of this License to a given copy of the Library.  To do
260this, you must alter all the notices that refer to this License, so
261that they refer to the ordinary GNU General Public License, version 2,
262instead of to this License.  (If a newer version than version 2 of the
263ordinary GNU General Public License has appeared, then you can specify
264that version instead if you wish.)  Do not make any other change in
265these notices.
266
267  Once this change is made in a given copy, it is irreversible for
268that copy, so the ordinary GNU General Public License applies to all
269subsequent copies and derivative works made from that copy.
270
271  This option is useful when you wish to copy part of the code of
272the Library into a program that is not a library.
273
274  4. You may copy and distribute the Library (or a portion or
275derivative of it, under Section 2) in object code or executable form
276under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you accompany
277it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which
278must be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a
279medium customarily used for software interchange.
280
281  If distribution of object code is made by offering access to copy
282from a designated place, then offering equivalent access to copy the
283source code from the same place satisfies the requirement to
284distribute the source code, even though third parties are not
285compelled to copy the source along with the object code.
286
287  5. A program that contains no derivative of any portion of the
288Library, but is designed to work with the Library by being compiled or
289linked with it, is called a "work that uses the Library".  Such a
290work, in isolation, is not a derivative work of the Library, and
291therefore falls outside the scope of this License.
292
293  However, linking a "work that uses the Library" with the Library
294creates an executable that is a derivative of the Library (because it
295contains portions of the Library), rather than a "work that uses the
296library".  The executable is therefore covered by this License.
297Section 6 states terms for distribution of such executables.
298
299  When a "work that uses the Library" uses material from a header file
300that is part of the Library, the object code for the work may be a
301derivative work of the Library even though the source code is not.
302Whether this is true is especially significant if the work can be
303linked without the Library, or if the work is itself a library.  The
304threshold for this to be true is not precisely defined by law.
305
306  If such an object file uses only numerical parameters, data
307structure layouts and accessors, and small macros and small inline
308functions (ten lines or less in length), then the use of the object
309file is unrestricted, regardless of whether it is legally a derivative
310work.  (Executables containing this object code plus portions of the
311Library will still fall under Section 6.)
312
313  Otherwise, if the work is a derivative of the Library, you may
314distribute the object code for the work under the terms of Section 6.
315Any executables containing that work also fall under Section 6,
316whether or not they are linked directly with the Library itself.
317
318  6. As an exception to the Sections above, you may also compile or
319link a "work that uses the Library" with the Library to produce a
320work containing portions of the Library, and distribute that work
321under terms of your choice, provided that the terms permit
322modification of the work for the customer's own use and reverse
323engineering for debugging such modifications.
324
325  You must give prominent notice with each copy of the work that the
326Library is used in it and that the Library and its use are covered by
327this License.  You must supply a copy of this License.  If the work
328during execution displays copyright notices, you must include the
329copyright notice for the Library among them, as well as a reference
330directing the user to the copy of this License.  Also, you must do one
331of these things:
332
333    a) Accompany the work with the complete corresponding
334    machine-readable source code for the Library including whatever
335    changes were used in the work (which must be distributed under
336    Sections 1 and 2 above); and, if the work is an executable linked
337    with the Library, with the complete machine-readable "work that
338    uses the Library", as object code and/or source code, so that the
339    user can modify the Library and then relink to produce a modified
340    executable containing the modified Library.  (It is understood
341    that the user who changes the contents of definitions files in the
342    Library will not necessarily be able to recompile the application
343    to use the modified definitions.)
344
345    b) Accompany the work with a written offer, valid for at
346    least three years, to give the same user the materials
347    specified in Subsection 6a, above, for a charge no more
348    than the cost of performing this distribution.
349
350    c) If distribution of the work is made by offering access to copy
351    from a designated place, offer equivalent access to copy the above
352    specified materials from the same place.
353
354    d) Verify that the user has already received a copy of these
355    materials or that you have already sent this user a copy.
356
357  For an executable, the required form of the "work that uses the
358Library" must include any data and utility programs needed for
359reproducing the executable from it.  However, as a special exception,
360the source code distributed need not include anything that is normally
361distributed (in either source or binary form) with the major
362components (compiler, kernel, and so on) of the operating system on
363which the executable runs, unless that component itself accompanies
364the executable.
365
366  It may happen that this requirement contradicts the license
367restrictions of other proprietary libraries that do not normally
368accompany the operating system.  Such a contradiction means you cannot
369use both them and the Library together in an executable that you
370distribute.
371
372  7. You may place library facilities that are a work based on the
373Library side-by-side in a single library together with other library
374facilities not covered by this License, and distribute such a combined
375library, provided that the separate distribution of the work based on
376the Library and of the other library facilities is otherwise
377permitted, and provided that you do these two things:
378
379    a) Accompany the combined library with a copy of the same work
380    based on the Library, uncombined with any other library
381    facilities.  This must be distributed under the terms of the
382    Sections above.
383
384    b) Give prominent notice with the combined library of the fact
385    that part of it is a work based on the Library, and explaining
386    where to find the accompanying uncombined form of the same work.
387
388  8. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, link with, or distribute
389the Library except as expressly provided under this License.  Any
390attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense, link with, or
391distribute the Library is void, and will automatically terminate your
392rights under this License.  However, parties who have received copies,
393or rights, from you under this License will not have their licenses
394terminated so long as such parties remain in full compliance.
395
396  9. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not
397signed it.  However, nothing else grants you permission to modify or
398distribute the Library or its derivative works.  These actions are
399prohibited by law if you do not accept this License.  Therefore, by
400modifying or distributing the Library (or any work based on the
401Library), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and
402all its terms and conditions for copying, distributing or modifying
403the Library or works based on it.
404
405  10. Each time you redistribute the Library (or any work based on the
406Library), the recipient automatically receives a license from the
407original licensor to copy, distribute, link with or modify the Library
408subject to these terms and conditions.  You may not impose any further
409restrictions on the recipients' exercise of the rights granted herein.
410You are not responsible for enforcing compliance by third parties to
411this License.
412
413  11. If, as a consequence of a court judgment or allegation of patent
414infringement or for any other reason (not limited to patent issues),
415conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
416otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
417excuse you from the conditions of this License.  If you cannot
418distribute so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
419License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you
420may not distribute the Library at all.  For example, if a patent
421license would not permit royalty-free redistribution of the Library by
422all those who receive copies directly or indirectly through you, then
423the only way you could satisfy both it and this License would be to
424refrain entirely from distribution of the Library.
425
426If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under any
427particular circumstance, the balance of the section is intended to apply,
428and the section as a whole is intended to apply in other circumstances.
429
430It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to infringe any
431patents or other property right claims or to contest validity of any
432such claims; this section has the sole purpose of protecting the
433integrity of the free software distribution system which is
434implemented by public license practices.  Many people have made
435generous contributions to the wide range of software distributed
436through that system in reliance on consistent application of that
437system; it is up to the author/donor to decide if he or she is willing
438to distribute software through any other system and a licensee cannot
439impose that choice.
440
441This section is intended to make thoroughly clear what is believed to
442be a consequence of the rest of this License.
443
444  12. If the distribution and/or use of the Library is restricted in
445certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the
446original copyright holder who places the Library under this License may add
447an explicit geographical distribution limitation excluding those countries,
448so that distribution is permitted only in or among countries not thus
449excluded.  In such case, this License incorporates the limitation as if
450written in the body of this License.
451
452  13. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new
453versions of the Library General Public License from time to time.
454Such new versions will be similar in spirit to the present version,
455but may differ in detail to address new problems or concerns.
456
457Each version is given a distinguishing version number.  If the Library
458specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and
459"any later version", you have the option of following the terms and
460conditions either of that version or of any later version published by
461the Free Software Foundation.  If the Library does not specify a
462license version number, you may choose any version ever published by
463the Free Software Foundation.
464
465  14. If you wish to incorporate parts of the Library into other free
466programs whose distribution conditions are incompatible with these,
467write to the author to ask for permission.  For software which is
468copyrighted by the Free Software Foundation, write to the Free
469Software Foundation; we sometimes make exceptions for this.  Our
470decision will be guided by the two goals of preserving the free status
471of all derivatives of our free software and of promoting the sharing
472and reuse of software generally.
473
474                            NO WARRANTY
475
476  15. BECAUSE THE LIBRARY IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO
477WARRANTY FOR THE LIBRARY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
478EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR
479OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE LIBRARY "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
480KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
481IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
482PURPOSE.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE
483LIBRARY IS WITH YOU.  SHOULD THE LIBRARY PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME
484THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
485
486  16. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN
487WRITING WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY
488AND/OR REDISTRIBUTE THE LIBRARY AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU
489FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
490CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
491LIBRARY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING
492RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A
493FAILURE OF THE LIBRARY TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE), EVEN IF
494SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
495DAMAGES.
496
497                     END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
498
499           How to Apply These Terms to Your New Libraries
500
501  If you develop a new library, and you want it to be of the greatest
502possible use to the public, we recommend making it free software that
503everyone can redistribute and change.  You can do so by permitting
504redistribution under these terms (or, alternatively, under the terms of the
505ordinary General Public License).
506
507  To apply these terms, attach the following notices to the library.  It is
508safest to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
509convey the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least the
510"copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
511
512    <one line to give the library's name and a brief idea of what it does.>

514
515    This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
516    modify it under the terms of the GNU Library General Public
517    License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
518    version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
519
520    This library is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
521    but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
522    MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  See the GNU
523    Library General Public License for more details.
524
525    You should have received a copy of the GNU Library General Public
526    License along with this library; if not, write to the Free Software
527    Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston MA  02110-1301 USA
528
529Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
530
531You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or your
532school, if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the library, if
533necessary.  Here is a sample; alter the names:
534
535  Yoyodyne, Inc., hereby disclaims all copyright interest in the
536  library `Frob' (a library for tweaking knobs) written by James Random Hacker.

575 Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
576 of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
577
578                            Preamble
579
580  The license agreements of most software companies try to keep users
581at the mercy of those companies.  By contrast, our General Public
582License is intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change free
583software--to make sure the software is free for all its users.  The
584General Public License applies to the Free Software Foundation's
585software and to any other program whose authors commit to using it.
586You can use it for your programs, too.
587
588  When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
589price.  Specifically, the General Public License is designed to make
590sure that you have the freedom to give away or sell copies of free
591software, that you receive source code or can get it if you want it,
592that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new free
593programs; and that you know you can do these things.
594
595  To protect your rights, we need to make restrictions that forbid
596anyone to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender the rights.
597These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for you if you
598distribute copies of the software, or if you modify it.
599
600  For example, if you distribute copies of a such a program, whether
601gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that
602you have.  You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the
603source code.  And you must tell them their rights.
604
605  We protect your rights with two steps: (1) copyright the software, and
606(2) offer you this license which gives you legal permission to copy,
607distribute and/or modify the software.
608
609  Also, for each author's protection and ours, we want to make certain
610that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this free
611software.  If the software is modified by someone else and passed on, we
612want its recipients to know that what they have is not the original, so
613that any problems introduced by others will not reflect on the original
614authors' reputations.
615
616  The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
617modification follow.
618
619                    GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
620   TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
621
622  0. This License Agreement applies to any program or other work which
623contains a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it may be
624distributed under the terms of this General Public License.  The
625"Program", below, refers to any such program or work, and a "work based
626on the Program" means either the Program or any work containing the
627Program or a portion of it, either verbatim or with modifications.  Each
628licensee is addressed as "you".
629
630  1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source
631code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and
632appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice and
633disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the notices that refer to this
634General Public License and to the absence of any warranty; and give any
635other recipients of the Program a copy of this General Public License
636along with the Program.  You may charge a fee for the physical act of
637transferring a copy.
638
639  2. You may modify your copy or copies of the Program or any portion of
640it, and copy and distribute such modifications under the terms of Paragraph
6411 above, provided that you also do the following:
642
643    a) cause the modified files to carry prominent notices stating that
644    you changed the files and the date of any change; and
645
646    b) cause the whole of any work that you distribute or publish, that
647    in whole or in part contains the Program or any part thereof, either
648    with or without modifications, to be licensed at no charge to all
649    third parties under the terms of this General Public License (except
650    that you may choose to grant warranty protection to some or all
651    third parties, at your option).
652
653    c) If the modified program normally reads commands interactively when
654    run, you must cause it, when started running for such interactive use
655    in the simplest and most usual way, to print or display an
656    announcement including an appropriate copyright notice and a notice
657    that there is no warranty (or else, saying that you provide a
658    warranty) and that users may redistribute the program under these
659    conditions, and telling the user how to view a copy of this General
660    Public License.
661
662    d) You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a
663    copy, and you may at your option offer warranty protection in
664    exchange for a fee.
665
666Mere aggregation of another independent work with the Program (or its
667derivative) on a volume of a storage or distribution medium does not bring
668the other work under the scope of these terms.
669
670  3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a portion or derivative of
671it, under Paragraph 2) in object code or executable form under the terms of
672Paragraphs 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:
673
674    a) accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable
675    source code, which must be distributed under the terms of
676    Paragraphs 1 and 2 above; or,
677
678    b) accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three
679    years, to give any third party free (except for a nominal charge
680    for the cost of distribution) a complete machine-readable copy of the
681    corresponding source code, to be distributed under the terms of
682    Paragraphs 1 and 2 above; or,
683
684    c) accompany it with the information you received as to where the
685    corresponding source code may be obtained.  (This alternative is
686    allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you
687    received the program in object code or executable form alone.)
688
689Source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making
690modifications to it.  For an executable file, complete source code means
691all the source code for all modules it contains; but, as a special
692exception, it need not include source code for modules which are standard
693libraries that accompany the operating system on which the executable
694file runs, or for standard header files or definitions files that
695accompany that operating system.
696
697  4. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, distribute or transfer the
698Program except as expressly provided under this General Public License.
699Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense, distribute or transfer
700the Program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights to use
701the Program under this License.  However, parties who have received
702copies, or rights to use copies, from you under this General Public
703License will not have their licenses terminated so long as such parties
704remain in full compliance.
705
706  5. By copying, distributing or modifying the Program (or any work based
707on the Program) you indicate your acceptance of this license to do so,
708and all its terms and conditions.
709
710  6. Each time you redistribute the Program (or any work based on the
711Program), the recipient automatically receives a license from the original
712licensor to copy, distribute or modify the Program subject to these
713terms and conditions.  You may not impose any further restrictions on the
714recipients' exercise of the rights granted herein.
715
716  7. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions
717of the General Public License from time to time.  Such new versions will
718be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
719address new problems or concerns.
720
721Each version is given a distinguishing version number.  If the Program
722specifies a version number of the license which applies to it and "any
723later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions
724either of that version or of any later version published by the Free
725Software Foundation.  If the Program does not specify a version number of
726the license, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software
727Foundation.
728
729  8. If you wish to incorporate parts of the Program into other free
730programs whose distribution conditions are different, write to the author
731to ask for permission.  For software which is copyrighted by the Free
732Software Foundation, write to the Free Software Foundation; we sometimes
733make exceptions for this.  Our decision will be guided by the two goals
734of preserving the free status of all derivatives of our free software and
735of promoting the sharing and reuse of software generally.
736
737                            NO WARRANTY
738
739  9. BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY
740FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.  EXCEPT WHEN
741OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES
742PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED
743OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
744MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS
745TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU.  SHOULD THE
746PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING,
747REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
748
749  10. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
750WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND/OR
751REDISTRIBUTE THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES,
752INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
753OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
754TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY
755YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER
756PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
757POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
758
759                     END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
760
761        Appendix: How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs
762
763  If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
764possible use to humanity, the best way to achieve this is to make it
765free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these
766terms.
767
768  To do so, attach the following notices to the program.  It is safest to
769attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively convey
770the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least the
771"copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
772
773    <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
774    Copyright (C) 19yy  <name of author>
775
776    This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
777    it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
778    the Free Software Foundation; either version 1, or (at your option)
779    any later version.
780
781    This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
782    but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
783    MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  See the
784    GNU General Public License for more details.
785
786    You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
787    along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software
788    Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston MA  02110-1301 USA
789
790
791Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
792
793If the program is interactive, make it output a short notice like this
794when it starts in an interactive mode:
795
796    Gnomovision version 69, Copyright (C) 19xx name of author
797    Gnomovision comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
798    This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
799    under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.
800
801The hypothetical commands `show w' and `show c' should show the
802appropriate parts of the General Public License.  Of course, the
803commands you use may be called something other than `show w' and `show
804c'; they could even be mouse-clicks or menu items--whatever suits your
805program.
806
807You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or your
808school, if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if
809necessary.  Here a sample; alter the names:
810
811  Yoyodyne, Inc., hereby disclaims all copyright interest in the
812  program `Gnomovision' (a program to direct compilers to make passes
813  at assemblers) written by James Hacker.

831Preamble
832
833The intent of this document is to state the conditions under which a Package
834may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder maintains some semblance of
835artistic control over the development of the package, while giving the users of
836the package the right to use and distribute the Package in a more-or-less
837customary fashion, plus the right to make reasonable modifications.
838
839Definitions:
840
841  - "Package" refers to the collection of files distributed by the Copyright
842    Holder, and derivatives of that collection of files created through
843    textual modification.
844  - "Standard Version" refers to such a Package if it has not been modified,
845    or has been modified in accordance with the wishes of the Copyright
846    Holder.
847  - "Copyright Holder" is whoever is named in the copyright or copyrights for
848    the package.
849  - "You" is you, if you're thinking about copying or distributing this Package.
850  - "Reasonable copying fee" is whatever you can justify on the basis of media
851    cost, duplication charges, time of people involved, and so on. (You will
852    not be required to justify it to the Copyright Holder, but only to the
853    computing community at large as a market that must bear the fee.)
854  - "Freely Available" means that no fee is charged for the item itself, though
855    there may be fees involved in handling the item. It also means that
856    recipients of the item may redistribute it under the same conditions they
857    received it.
858
8591. You may make and give away verbatim copies of the source form of the
860Standard Version of this Package without restriction, provided that you
861duplicate all of the original copyright notices and associated disclaimers.
862
8632. You may apply bug fixes, portability fixes and other modifications derived
864from the Public Domain or from the Copyright Holder. A Package modified in such
865a way shall still be considered the Standard Version.
866
8673. You may otherwise modify your copy of this Package in any way, provided that
868you insert a prominent notice in each changed file stating how and when you
869changed that file, and provided that you do at least ONE of the following:
870
871  a) place your modifications in the Public Domain or otherwise make them
872     Freely Available, such as by posting said modifications to Usenet or an
873     equivalent medium, or placing the modifications on a major archive site
874     such as ftp.uu.net, or by allowing the Copyright Holder to include your
875     modifications in the Standard Version of the Package.
876
877  b) use the modified Package only within your corporation or organization.
878
879  c) rename any non-standard executables so the names do not conflict with
880     standard executables, which must also be provided, and provide a separate
881     manual page for each non-standard executable that clearly documents how it
882     differs from the Standard Version.
883
884  d) make other distribution arrangements with the Copyright Holder.
885
8864. You may distribute the programs of this Package in object code or executable
887form, provided that you do at least ONE of the following:
888
889  a) distribute a Standard Version of the executables and library files,
890     together with instructions (in the manual page or equivalent) on where to
891     get the Standard Version.
892
893  b) accompany the distribution with the machine-readable source of the Package
894     with your modifications.
895
896  c) accompany any non-standard executables with their corresponding Standard
897     Version executables, giving the non-standard executables non-standard
898     names, and clearly documenting the differences in manual pages (or
899     equivalent), together with instructions on where to get the Standard
900     Version.
901
902  d) make other distribution arrangements with the Copyright Holder.
903
9045. You may charge a reasonable copying fee for any distribution of this
905Package.  You may charge any fee you choose for support of this Package. You
906may not charge a fee for this Package itself. However, you may distribute this
907Package in aggregate with other (possibly commercial) programs as part of a
908larger (possibly commercial) software distribution provided that you do not
909advertise this Package as a product of your own.
910
9116. The scripts and library files supplied as input to or produced as output
912from the programs of this Package do not automatically fall under the copyright
913of this Package, but belong to whomever generated them, and may be sold
914commercially, and may be aggregated with this Package.
915
9167. C or perl subroutines supplied by you and linked into this Package shall not
917be considered part of this Package.
918
9198. The name of the Copyright Holder may not be used to endorse or promote
920products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.
921
9229. THIS PACKAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
923WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
924MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
