Don't pass --failure to prove by default

Unfortunately the option is old and some of our build chroots don't
understand it. This reverts 786a4108f9184d7c73170d373bc2cf80347b6456.
Instead, pass "$@" to prove so that we can pass options on the
command-line when running the tests manually.
