I assume this should be easy to fix. 

(cd Jabber && perl -I../../lib Makefile.PL)
Cannot determine perl version info from lib/BarnOwl/Module/Jabber.pm
Cannot determine author info from lib/BarnOwl/Module/Jabber.pm
Cannot determine license info from lib/BarnOwl/Module/Jabber.pm
