No way to delete completions

If I accidentally typo a class name (or anything else that gets auto-completed), most of the completion modules will cache that typo'd name, making it increasingly annoying to tab-complete the actual name I want.

I know this is something of a pony, but it would be cool if it were possible to remove those from the cache without resorting to a long :perl command line.
