magic Discuss integration

I'm subbed to <discuss,*,%me%>. This means that when I get added to ACLs for discuss meetings, I start receiving the zephyrs without taking any action.

It would be really cool if there were a command or keybinding to add the current message's discuss meeting (its instance) to my .meetings file. It would be extremely cool if another command would display the current message's transaction in the popwin.

This should not be a feature of BarnOwl itself, but I could see it making a nice module. We should have enough rope to make this work, both on our end and with the cli tools discuss gives us.
