colorztext should force recomputation of message fmttext

Currently the colorztext option strips colors from the message when it is received, so changing it after the fact doesn’t do what you expect.

It actually strips it at display time, or styling time, or something like that (at least now it does, I don't know about 12 months ago); toggling one-line mode makes setting colorztext DTRT.
