IRC's /list command is unavailable

The IRC command /list (list channels available on server) is not available.

Note: There exists irc-list, which per the normal mapping of irc commands to barnowl command should be /list, but instead this shows the barnowl-specific list of currently connected IRC networks.

One possible solution is renaming irc-list to something like irc-network-list or irc-list-connections, and making irc-list map to /list. (No one objected when I suggested this on zephyr, so I'm marking down the suggestion here.)
