Description
Commit c53f5e8053c27ca530b9a921c09e572783e8ff46, which was accidentally pushed without any review, is missing documentation for the extra dependencies needed for ssl => 1. I think this requires LWP::Protocol::https and some source of CA certificates (Mozilla::CA?), and will just fail if certificates are missing, but that needs to be confirmed.
