Description
I should have reported this long ago. Repeat by: Log onto an Athena 9 system in the default gnome terminal on screen: add barnowl barnowl receive a couple screen-fulls of messages. delete some offscreen and some onscreen messages, leaving a some on screen. expunge Expected behavior: The screen should update with all the deleted messages gone, and the remaining messages being displayed accurately as if they were the only messages present. Actual behavior: The screen contains a mix of text from current and deleted messages in an undifferentiated mess. Work-arounds: 1. Run owl in xterm. 2. Hit ^l after every expunge command. Note that this problem also sometimes happens when scrolling to off-screen messages.

Does this still happen (on any system that we care about)?
