Appropriate handling of multiple AIM accounts

Description

":aimlogout" logs out all currently logged in AIM accounts, but what it should do is be able to do is take an aim account (e.g. ":aimlogout $AIM_account_1") and log you out of only that account.

Also, if you have a buddy on your buddylists for two or more of your AIM accounts, you should be able to specify which account you want to send your message from when using ":aimwrite"
