Jabber chat state notifications are displayed as empty messages

Description
Some clients automatically send chat state notifications to Jabber MUCs containing a tag like
<composing xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/chatstates'/>
and no <body>. These show up as empty messages in BarnOwl, which is annoying. We should probably treat them similarly to pings and ignore them by default.
