failure message from addbuddy is clobbered by inaccurate success message

Description
owl_zephyr_addbuddy owl_function_errors if it can't open the zephyr buddy file. However, owl_command_addbuddy unconditionally messages the user with success (if the protocol is `zephyr'), clobbering this error message.
Additionally, we don't have a way to indicate failure of :delbuddy.
