Prevent accidental unencrypted writes to a class

Description
It would be nice to have a feature (similar to the reply-lockout filter) that lets you specify a list of classes you cannot zwrite to -- if, eg, you intend instead to only zcrypt to those classes.
(I'm not sure if creating a ticket is the right thing to do here.)
