Description
It would be nice to get zephyr notifications (either on -c barnowl, or maybe on -c barnowl-commits, or something) whenever a pull request or issue is made, modified, or commented on, and whenever a commit is pushed. (Similar to how we now get zephyrs from trac.)

Do we already have zephyrs on commits? If not, should I make github zephyr -c barnowl or -c barnowl-commits (or something) with zcommit?

This is basically https://sipb.mit.edu/trac/ticket/21. If somebody does this for Barnowl, they should stick it in snippets.
