Want way to reload .anyone subs

Description
As far as I know, (barn)owl does not have a way to reload -c login subs from .anyone after it has already started. barnowl should have a command that is equivalent to zwgc's znol.

I recently discovered 'loadloginsubs', which I believe is what you want.
