Option to show date in the default style

Description

Something I can do with barnowl that's very hard to do with zwgc is, "Leave it running over the weekend, and catch up on important class traffic.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to keep track of what messages came in on which day. Adding mm-dd-yyyy datestamp to the hh:mm timestamp on message displays would be very helpful.

This has been fixed by adehnert. Running ':showdate' will cause the default style to include the date.
