Can't login to alternate account while having tickets

Description
I have kchen@ATHENA.MIT.EDU tickets right now and am logged into my kchen@mit.edu. I attempted to run:
jabberlogin paco@mit.edu
and got:
Error in connect: error not-authorized
instead of a password prompt.
